Hello! My name is Alice and I would love to help you reach your goals. My academic background is focused on Geology, Physics & Chemistry. I thrived in the sciences because I love the process of the empirical method and finding answers to complex problems. Since graduating way back in 2010, however, I have worked in both the public and private sectors. From working on offshore oil platforms as a Geologist, to giving ranger programs to a thousand visitors in front of Old Faithful, I have seen and done a lot. I believe this is a tried-and-true way of ensuring students understand the theory behind a concept because they're building their own mental pathways to the correct answer. This also facilitates memorization. In terms of my demeanor, I am very calm and have a positive outlook. I believe anyone is capable of learning anything!

Through my experience as an Educational Park Ranger, I was able to gain excellent public speaking & communication skills. So, although my degree isn't in Communications, I feel this is actually a strong suite of mine.
